As President of Grateful Dead Productions, Inc. from 1976 until Jerry Garcia's death in 1995, Shurtliff's stewardship and dedication to the band's legacy are evident in the preservation of these mementos. They are not just artifacts but cherished pieces of the Grateful Dead's history.
